I do NOT book via phone ever, nor do I release my number until the day of our scheduled appointment, after screening.
All screening and communications are done through email.I take security and discretion for myself and my circle of friends seriously. For your sake and mine - please make sure communications between us, are for our eyes only. This can easily be done by using “incognito mode” on Chrome, or by clearing cache/passwords.
COVID PROTOCOL (MUST READ BEFORE BOOKING)
I’m currently ONLY seeing vaccinated folks, so please be prepared to email me a picture of YOUR vaccination card…you may cover your name, but I will give you a word to write on a piece of paper to prove it’s on your person, so please wait on sending it, until we’ve made contact. I will also check it upon your arrival, so bring it with you.
I will take your temperature upon arrival w/a temperature reader.
If you or anyone you have been around recently, is showing any signs of illness. Please wait to contact me.
I’m vaccinated and immunocompromised. Please don’t try to bypass my protocol with a fake card. This will put me at risk and I know you don’t want that hanging over your conscious, so don’t do it.
Please wait at least 7 days between seeing another provider and visiting me.
